Home Repair Program

Funding is available to assist homeowners and landlords to address common home repairs and modifications, creating safer and healthier living space. Work often includes but is not limited to: restoring or replacing deteriorated paint surfaces, new windows and doors, handrails, grab bars, and properly installed smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. A certified inspector walks through the home to assess and prioritize improvements, to maximize resources and achieve the overall goal of a better living environment.
